Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise. However, due to high shipping costs and inventory management, there is a 20% restocking & order processing fee for all returns and cancellations.

  • If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.
  • Refunds are given in the form of a Create & Craft shop credit.
  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return postage.

Please be certain of your selections before making payment.

Shipping

Create & Craft ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Copics Availability

The terms of our agreement with the US distributor of Copics restricts the sale of Copics to addresses outside North America or in Oahu. Therefore, we can ship Copic products only to customers in the United States (excluding Oahu). We apologize for the inconvenience.

Privacy

Create & Craft is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable.
