I first met Susan Pickering Rothamel at a paper crafting convention about two years ago. I watched her create amazing piece after piece with the greatest of ease, all while talking to people visiting her booth. Since then, I’ve read her books, watched her DVDs and continued to visit with her at shows. She’s delightful, talented and her products are exceptional.
Her company, USArtQuest, Inc., began with 2 unique videos and a search for the perfect adhesive. Not satisfied with anything currently on the market, collage artist Susan experimented until an adhesive was developed with all the qualities she was looking for — UV protection, acid-free, archival, non-sticky, non-toxic, and odor-free. The result — Perfect Paper Adhesive™. USArtQuest was formed to market this product and Susan’s instructional videos on collage and assemblage. That was in 1993.
Fast forward to today, when I can announce I have been selected as part of USArtQuest’s Design Team (January-June 2012).
I’m really looking forward to working with the broad array of USArtQuest’s products, learning from the talented team and sharing my projects on the web.

Loved reading your bio. Now I see how my sister Bobbie Dennis has enjoyed knowing you and you sound like a "soul mate in crafting:. I am currently convalescing from a total hip replacement on Dec. 5th at my parents' home (one story) and have taken up digital scrapbooking big time which is great when is is hard to retrieve arts and crafts items. It also utilizes my 500 hours plus of Adobe Creative Suite classes I have taken since 2009. Like you I also love paper crafting; a love I developed in an OT class in 1964. I do keep with your Facebook postings.
